Number of Sessions:

• Pause retinol or exfoliating acids on the area for 3–5 days before 
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin
   

After Your Appointment:

• Expect mild warmth or redness for a few hours 
• Avoid hot tubs, saunas, or intense workouts for 24 hours 
• Moisturize and use SPF daily (non-negotiable!) 
• Avoid sun exposure or tanning between sessions 
• Do not wax or pluck — shaving only 
• Hairs will begin to shed over 1–2 weeks (normal and expected)
